The Fort Stockton Tennis Team participated in the Fort Hancock Tournament hosted at Sul Ross State over the weekend. Once again it was an outstanding performance on the courts for the Panthers and Prowlers.
Darren Sanchez won 1st in boys singles, Colton King 2nd place boys singles. Jessenia Ureste 1st place girls singles. Chloe Crenshaw/Kaitlyn Cope 1st girls doubles, Maira Sanchez/Sabina Galindo 2nd. Boys doubles Alec Velasquez/Christian Ramirez 2nd place, Shaun Rodriguez/ KJ Carillo 3rd place. Mixed doubles 1st Kaitlyn Pacheco/ Bryant Carrillo/ Audrey Gonzales 2nd place. Overall a great tournament by Ft Stockton as they also won the team competition in the Alpine tennis tournament. Was a great experience for all the athletes, lots of fun and tennis experience.
