The Prowlers went to Greenwood and came up short losing 55-26. The team matched Greenwood in the second half scoring nineteen points to Greenwood's twenty-two points.
The girls open district next week with Seminole at Seminole on Tuesday, January 14, and Pecos at the SEC on Friday, January 17.
Scoring included Katie Salmon: 9 points, Becca Rodriguez: 8 points, Jocelyn Lujan: 5 points, Kylie Ruiz and Alexi Rivera- 2 points.
