SEMINOLE, TEXAS (Jan. 14, 2020)- The Fort Stockton High School (FSHS) girls freshmen basketball team opened up district with a 30-18 victory against the Seminole Maidens.
The Maidens’ defense proved to be no match to the Prowlers’ explosive, uptempo offense. Bri Diaz led the scoring with 13 points followed by Arial Smith with nine. Adree Bueno added four points. Rounding out the unstoppable Prowler offense was Keanna Torres and Kat Mendoza with two points each.
Next up for the Prowlers is a tough battle with Pecos. The game is set for Friday, Jan. 17 at the FSHS Special Events Center.
