The Fort Stockton Panthers Freshman Blue team hosted Seminole on Friday, January 31st and lost a close one 36-33. The Panthers put up a good fight all the way to the final seconds, thanks to Alfredo Molina's 10 points.
The Fort Stockton Panthers JV team tipped off against Seminole at home on Friday, January 31st and lost 89-31. Shane Velasquez had a good game offensively, finishing with 15.
The Fort Stockton Panthers Varsity was back in action again on Friday, January 31st against Seminole after having an open date on Tuesday. The Panthers were defeated by a score of 67-28, moving to 2-2 to finish off the first half of district play. Jesse Franco led the Panthers with 8 points, while Christian Mireles finished with 5 points and 7 rebounds. The Panthers will travel to Pecos next Tuesday to take on the Eagles for the second half of district play.
