The Fort Stockton Panthers Freshman Blue team played Andrews at home on Friday, February 7th and lost 66-29. The Panthers came out strong in the first half, but Andrews was too much for the boys in the second half. Alfredo Molina and Daren Ureste both led the team with 9 points each.
The Fort Stockton Panthers JV team took on Andrews at home on Friday, February 7th and fell 72-38. The Panthers improved vastly from the first time they played the Mustangs. Anthony Gomez was the leading scorer for the team with 8, while Shane Velasquez finished with 7.
The Fort Stockton Panthers Varsity hosted Andrews on Friday, February 7th for Senior night and were defeated 74-45. With the loss the Panthers moved to 3-3 overall in district. Derek Hernandez led the team with 8 points, while Damian Busby had 7, and Kobi Mireles finished with 6. The Panthers will be on the road Tuesday to take on the Monahans Lobos at 7:30.
