The Fort Stockton Panthers Freshman baseball team traveled to Pecos on Thursday, March 5th for their first game of the Pecos JV Baseball Tournament. The Panthers moved to 3-0 on the season with a 14-2 victory over the Pecos Gold Eagles. Dominic Bernal pitched three innings on the mound and helped himself out at the plate as well, with 2 hits and 3 rbis. Alfredo Molina contributed to the win also, with 2 hits of his own and 2 more rbis.

The JV team advanced to 3-0 on the season as well, with a 8-4 victory over Presidio. Isiaias Dominguez pitched a great game on the mound for 4 innings, only giving up one earned run. While Justin Gamboa had a big game at the plate with 2 base hits and 3 rbis.
