The Varsity Prowlers won their first home game of the season tonight. They defeated the Alpine Lady Bucks 48-33. The girls worked hard defensively to keep Alpine from not scoring. Offensively, junior Alyannah Dominguez dominated the offense with 19 points scored. That is a personal best for her. Junior Alexis Holmquest added 8 offensive points to the score. Sophomore Arial Smith had 7 points. Sophomore Eliana Mata also added 7 points tonight. The Prowlers have a young but very bright team this year (only 3 seniors).
The Coaching Staff is excited about the rest of the season with this group of girls.
The Prowlers will travel to Big Spring this Tuesday to play Jim Ned.
