Last night the Prowlers travelled to Lamesa to take on the Tors. The freshman team put up 26 points to the Tors but fell short 37-26.
The Prowlers scored 12 points in the first half and 14 in the second half. Defensively our team hustled and had some steals and rebounds. Krysten Zuniga was the leading scorer with 8 points. Aryanna Gonzalez scored 5 points. Laila Subia also scored 5 points. Janean Gonzalez contributed 4 points to the offense.
The team showed much improvement as this has only been their second game of the season. We are looking forward to a promising future with this freshman team.
