The Prowler JV-Blue team fell to Odessa High in the first game back after Thanksgiving Break. The Prowlers put up 26 points to Odessa’s 35. This was a hard loss as we are missing two of our starting players due to illness and injury. Girls have had to step up and play other positions for today’s game. The girls did put forth a good effort and hustle in the 4th quarter which brought the game within 5 points.
Freshman-Priscilla Trevino was the leading offensive scorer with 8 points, 3 rebounds, and 1 steal.
Freshman Amaya Urias scored 7 points and had 3 rebounds.
Sophomore Mayrene Bernal made 4 points.
We play at home this Friday against Coahoma at 4:30.
