The Fort Stockton Panthers JV basketball played Midland Classical at home on Tuesday, December 1st. The Panthers played in another tight game for four quarters for the second game in a row, but this time did not come out on top, with a 40-34 loss. Marco Garcia led all scorers for both teams with 15 points. Meanwhile, Aryan Hernandez, Johan Mireles, and Kye Norman each had five points apiece.
The Fort Stockton Panthers Varsity basketball hosted their first home game of the season against Midland Classical on Tuesday, December 1st. The Panthers were never able to get going and ended up losing by a score of 63-35. Dominic Aguilar had a strong game on both ends, finishing with 11 points, 3 assists and 5 steals. Christian Mireles also finished with 11 points, while Ethan Acosta had 8. The Panthers will be back in action on Friday at San Angelo Lakeview.
