The Fort Stockton Panthers JV basketball tipped off against San Angelo Lakeview on Friday, December 4th and defeated the Chiefs by a score of 38-30. The Panthers did a good job bouncing back in the second half, after a first half deficit. Marco Garcia was the leading scorer with 13 points. Aryan Hernandez and Everado Sandoval also had 6 points apiece.
The Fort Stockton Panthers Varsity basketball traveled to San Angelo on Friday, December 4th to take on the Lakeview Chiefs. The Panthers played a hard fought game for four periods, but ended up falling by a score of 52-46. Devon Rodriguez was the leading scorer for the Panthers with 11 points, while Dominic Aguilar finished with 10. Ethan Acosta also finished with 9 points for the Panthers. All three teams will be back in action tomorrow, December 5th, in Alpine.
