The Fort Stockton Panthers Freshman basketball team faced off against the Alpine Bucks on Tuesday, December 8th, and lost by a score of 47-30. The Freshman team was led by Josiah Trejo and Xzavier Dominguez with 8 points each, and Julian Leyva with 6 points.
The Fort Stockton Panthers JV basketball played Reagan County in Big Lake on Tuesday, December 8th. The Panthers were defeated by the Owls 50-25. Johan Mireles and Marco Garcia were the leading scorers for the Panthers with 6 points apiece. Alex Galindo also finished with 5 points. The Panthers will be back at home on Friday against Lamesa
The Fort Stockton Panthers Varsity basketball hit the road on Tuesday, December 8th to take on the Reagan County Owls in Big Lake. The Panthers played in a tight four quarter game, in which they came out on top with a 60-56 victory. Devon Rodriguez and Christian Mireles led the Panthers with 16 points apiece. Dominic Aguilar contributed to the win with 11 points, and Caleb Garcia finished with 9, as well. The Panthers will host Lamesa this Friday for their next contest.
