The JV sub varsity lost a very close basketball game this evening to Monahans. Short-handed yet again our 7 girls worked hard all game long.
The Prowlers lost 24-33.
Freshman Amaya Urias led the team in scoring points with 8 points, 19 rebounds (personal best).
Sophomore Yvette Lopez added 7 points.
Sophomore Keanna Torres had 4 points.
Junior Jahel Encinas added 3 points.
Freshman Ivanna Ortiz had 2 points, 4 steals (team high)
Sophomore Yadira had 6 rebounds.
Freshman Liz Bislar had 2 rebounds and 1 block.
The Prowlers host Seminole this Tuesday 1/26 at 4:30 in the SEC.
