Greenwood, Texas (Oct. 2, 2021)- The Fort Stockton Volleyball program suffered tough losses, across the the board, to top ranked Greenwood.
Set one went to Greenwood with a score of 6-25 and set two saw the Prowlers putting up a fight, but falling to their opponent 20-25. Freshman Abriel Villarreal recorded 2 kills. Freshman Adamari Renteria, Junior Ashlyn Marquez and Junior JazLynn Pacheco added one kill each.
The Prowlers are back in action on Tuesday, Oct. 5 at the Bill & Virginia Special Events Center (SEC). Spectators are encouraged to come out and cheer on the Prowlers in their pink. Tuesday’s game is set as the Prowlers’ Pink Out game to bring awareness to those who are battling or have lost their battle with breast cancer. Games are slated for 5 p.m. / 5 p.m. / 6 p.m.
