Fort Stockton, Texas (Dec.14, 2021)- The Fort Stockton Basketball program hosted San Angelo Lake View in another non-district home matchup. The Prowler JV Blue team upended the Maidens 44-12.
The Prowlers came off of a loss to a tough nosed Big Spring team, so they were out for redemption. With a total of 32 steals, the Prowlers were able to capitalize on their tough defensive skills set.
Leading the charge for the Prowlers: Krysten Zuniga with 10 points, Dmya Vaughn with 8 points, Yvette Lopez with 7 points, Janean Gonzalez with 4 points, Kat Mendoza with 4 points, Mayrene Bernal with 4 points, Priscilla Trevino 2 points, Liz Bislar with 2 points, Yadira Hernandez with 2 points, and Jaci Valenzuela with 1 point.
The Prowler program is set to travel to Snyder on Friday, December 17. Game times for the match up is as follows 5 p.m. / 5 p.m. / 6:15 p.m.
