BASEBALL JV BLUE

The Fort Stockton JV Blue faced the Midland Christian Mustangs at home this past Saturday. Xzavier Dominguez got the start for the Panthers on the mound and threw 2 complete innings. Abrian Natividad and Julian Leyva both made mound appearances for the Panthers. Midland Christian jumped ahead early and took a 7-0 lead. The Panthers dug deep and fought their way back in the bottom of the 4th inning. Josiah Trejo, Julian Leyva, Rylan Nunez, all had timely hits to give the Panthers an 8-7 lead. Isaiah Velasquez came in to close the game in the top of the 5th. The Panthers were able to battle back and improve their overall record to 2-4 on the season.
